Terms of Service

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to Amore Fitness Gym facilities.
• Your digital access key (app-based door unlock) is for your use only and must not be shared.
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of gym rules or these Terms.
• Day passes grant single-day access only and do not carry over.
• Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month.
• Annual memberships are billed once per year.
• All sales are final. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of gym management.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

• Members must follow all posted gym rules and staff instructions.
• Harassment, aggressive behavior, or damage to equipment will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
• Members are responsible for cleaning equipment after use.
• The gym is a private facility. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Members must not allow non-members to enter through the smart lock.

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the gym. Amore Fitness Gym is not liable for any injury, illness, or death arising from your use of the facilities, equipment, or services, except where prohibited by law.

You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in exercise. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amore Fitness Gym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, facilities, or app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership period.

All content on our app and website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Amore Fitness Gym and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
